Countywide events provide an opportunity for 4 H Members and Leaders to come together to show, share, and learn. Events may include training, showmanship, judging, etc. They provide an excellent opportunity to learn about different project areas.

4-H Events are chaired and staffed by dedicated volunteers with assistance from the 4-H Staff. They are assisted by equally dedicated and talented teen chairs. The Event Chair, operating within program guidelines and policies, has authority for the event.

How Do I Register For An Event?

Some event information and registration forms can be found within this booklet. Additional information and registration forms will be included in future issues of Clover Lines and on the 4-H website. Information and forms are also available from your club leaders, project leaders, and the 4-H Office.

Most events have a deadline by which entries must be received. Please pay close attention to these due dates!!

How Do I Know If My Registration For An Event Is Confirmed?

Some Event Chairs will send postcards confirming registration, but this is not required, and not possible in some cases. If you are concerned about your registration, please contact the Event Chair directly.
