Since we don’t meet in July (which I was thinking will be the month that they’ll be enrolling online), I thought I’d give members 2 options:

 

They can either pay me at our last meeting in June (and then we’d just hold their check until we hear from you that they’ve signed up online)  or

 

They can mail me their check (again, I would hold it until I hear from you that they’ve signed up online.)

 

Do both of those options sound OK to you? (I don’t want to break any 4-H rules…)
